Productive and successful for more than a decade, Italian native artist, producer, DJ and multi-talent EDX first hit peoples radars in 1994 with various mix tapes that within weeks had circulated around the globe. With his new found fame EDX quickly climbed up the ladder of recognition with labels and producers asking him to sprinkle his remix magic touch onto their releases. EDX's remix CV is impressive to say the least with remixes on the likes of Deadmau5, Mary J Blige, Bob Sinclar, Axwell, Armand van Helden, Steve Angello, Roger Sanchez, Laidback Luke, Armin van Buuren, Kool & The Gang, Kaskade, Funkagenda, Lauryn Hill, to name but a few. 2009 saw his remixes consistantly feature in the various charts such as the DMC Buzz, Cool Cuts and Beatport charts which culminated in him featuring the TOP 3 for Beatport’s Best Progressive House Artist of 2009 alongside Deadmau5 and Eric Prydz. EDX’s crazy DJ schedule has taken him around the World and back again playing to crowds in excess of 60,000 where you would hear his remixes/productions also being played by the likes of of David Guetta, Armand Van Helden, Erick Morillo, Armin van Buuren, Swedish House Mafia, Roger, Sanchez, Axwell, Deep Dish, Michael Gray, Alex Gaudino, Tiesto Etc.. With his star already shining The EDX success story looks set to soar in 2010 productions/remixes coming out on various labels. First time appearing in 1994 in the local dance scene as a mixer of various cassettes for then famous club Tarot, EDX climbed up the ladder of recognition, teaming up with Leon Klein and creating their project B2B as well as their own record label Club Control (with Intergoove/warner till 2002). They started to release their own productions which led to collaborations and remixes for big acts like Michael Procter, Armand Van Helden, DJ Tremendo, DJ Dado, Steve Angello, Pino Arduini or Kool & The Gang to name but a few. Now after having a creative break for more then three years, EDX is back on the block with a huge impact!! Taking off again in 2007 with his remix for Dubfire's hit "Roadkill", an armada of internationally acclaimed artists were requesting remixes from this man who seems to be on fire at the moment. The result can be heard in currently every house-djs sets playing his remixes he produced for Armin van Buuren, Sucker DJs, Sikk and last but definitely not least Deadmau5EDX is on fire at the moment! He produced a bunch of new massive remixes within the last weeks! Watch out for the EDX remixes for Axwell & Bob Sinclar, Kaskade, Yves Larock and Degrees of Motion! And finally the brilliant EDX remix for Sebastian Ingrosso & Laidback Luke will be released soon as well, after it already caused quite a stir within the last months! More EDX productions are in the pipeline: A new single is coming soon… EDX is without a doubt one of the biggest shooting stars of the worldwide house scene of 2008. Within only a very short period of time he became a worldwide acclaimed remixer, well-known for his brilliant work for as likes as Dubfire (Deep Dish), Deadmau5, Armand van Helden, Steve Angello, Sucker DJs, Michael Procter, Kool & The Gang, Lauryn Hill and Armin van Buuren, to name but a few. And EDX is still climbing up the ladder of success: EDX has just finished a great remix for Axwell & Bob Sinclar’s single “What A Wonderful World”. The track is off to a soaring start. Having already gained DJ support from David Guetta, Sebastian Ingrosso, Kenny Dope and Michael Gray, to only name a few. The track has swiftly made it onto the Radio One playlists of Pete Tong, Zane Lowe, Dave Pearce and Jo Whiley. “What A Wonderful World” looks to set for chart domination upon its release at the end of September. To top off a busy schedule, EDX remixed also Kaskade’s track “Angel On My Shoulder” which will be out on Ultra Records USA soon. But EDX does not only work in his studio in Zurich, Switzerland all the time.
