The soundtrack to midnight burgers and extra sugar cola with a touch of hand held video games and lots of chrome! More punk than funk, less sexier than Giorgio Moroder. They are the anti-heroes of a forgotten past, trying to connect and communicate via a drum machine. Who are they: From the land downunder: Boris The Spider and Honeysmack are Acid Jacks. More AC/DC than DJ, still holding onto their neon dreams amongst a dance floor of shattered disco balls. Those cardboard breakdancing kids at the back of theatre making stupid noises during that sci-fi B-movie. You don't know whether to tell them to shut up or join in. Laugh, dance, cry or all of the above. Acid Jacks are here to destroy everything you know about dance music and replace it with their own brand of synthesized acid mutant funk.
